Jun 2013 - Nov 2012 (REWIND)

Shame on me for not posting for so long.  Seems that I've said that a lot since we've moved to Oz.  I guess that means you could say we've settled into life here in Australia.  I'm proud to say we are definitely making the most of our time in WA!  I partially blame Facebook for my lack of posts because most of you keep track of our adventures on there, but it's no excuse really, so let's do a quick update of what we've been up to.

As you can see, we've had a full 1/2 year and these are just the highlights.  When you factor in work, church, ballet lessons, swimming lessons, school events and awards, dinners with friends, and a date night here and there...well you get the picture.  Maybe I'm forgiven for not keeping up with our blog.

I'm not sure what's in store for us in the next year, but I'll try to be better at keeping up with the Woolard Family 'Happenings'.

All in all Australia has been good to us and good for us.  We've grown closer as a family and forged friendships that will last a lifetime.  As much as I miss Texas, I know that this move has been just what we needed.  We took a lot of things for granted - being near our family, spending time with friends, enjoying the outdoors, and even each other.  Sam and I agree that many of our priorities, wants and needs have been redefined.  Things are clear and in focus these days. With many changes on the horizon, we can't help break into a smile as we look forward to the days to come.

Be blessed,
Wendy
